I’ve been in 3 times at various points with them to see if anyone could help. It’s always been too busy. Today I went in, immediately saw a member of staff. He took my glasses, manipulated them with his hands and they were so much better straight away. He did this until I felt they were bang on. Very helpful, I thought it may not be possible and had wasted my money but I left very happy. Thank you.
